1. Cryogenic Gas Vaporization
(1) Integrated LNG Storage&Vaporization Unit: Mobile integrated skid where contains storage tank, LNG vaporizer, pressure regulating&metering, PLC control system for temporary industrial / residential gas supply.
(2) LNG Satellite Station: Integrated skid-mounted equipment supplied by two skids, storage tank skid and vaporizing-pressure regulating-metering-skid where contains a PLC control system.
(3) LNG Peak Shaving Plant/Vaporizing Station: Assembled in a factory and pretested, thus eliminating the complexity of on-site construction; quick connection through flange connections; modular setup allows flexibility for easy expansion through additional skids.
2. Integrated LPG Storage & Vaporizing Unit: combining LPG vaporizer, pneumatic/electric actuated control valve, emergency pneumatic/electric actuated shut-off valve, self-operated regulator, PLC control system in ONE skid. Heating methods: electric-water-bath; Warm-water-recycle; Steam-heated; Steam-water-bath; direct-heating
3. Natural gas pressure regulating&metering system: precisely adjust the pressure for the end-user, combines filter, pressure regulator, flow meter, PLC control system in ONE or multiple skids based on the application, such as, distributed energy system, industrial/residential gas pressure regulating&metering, city gate station, gas treatment station for power plant.
4. Calorific control system: precise control of fuel calorific value (accuracy ±1%) by automated blending system; recover and utilize residual thermal energy from production processes and energy recovery for the purpose of emission reduction.
